The steps of our recruitment process

2. Validation of your profile
Our teams will contact you by email or telephone, regardless of the result of the analysis of your CV.
3. Telephone conversation
The first step of our selection process is a phone conversation with one of our recruitment officers. It is a Questions/Answers dialogue, carried out in both directions, that allows both us and you, to evaluate the posibility of a future collaboration.
4. Interview
The interview takes place in our offices in France or Romania. During this interview we will get to present to you ourselves and our company and learn more about you. It is possible that you will be invited to take some tests, either multiple choice, oral questions and/or problems or scripts to fix or write.
5. References
We will ask you to provide us with the name of one or two people that could talk to us about you and your professional experience: old work colleagues, previous employers.
6. The offer
Usually, you will receive a job offer after the interview, but the process might sometimes take a couple of days.
